Technology Lead - ETL Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Technology Lead with a strong background in data warehousing to lead our technical efforts in this domain. As a Technology Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving data warehousing projects, from requirements gathering to database design and ETL development. This role offers the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise in cutting-edge technologies and play a key role in project success.

Responsibilities:

✦Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and define requirements for data warehousing projects, including staging, ODS (Operational Data Store), and other database components.

✦Database Design: Design and architect database solutions for data warehousing, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and optimal performance.

✦ETL Leadership: Lead ETL development efforts, providing technical guidance to the team to ensure efficient and accurate data extraction, transformation, and loading.

✦RDBMS Management: Utilize your extensive knowledge of RDBMS systems, including Oracle and PostgreSQL, to manage and maintain database environments.

✦Dell Boomi Expertise: Leverage your hands-on experience with Dell Boomi for integration tasks and workflows.

✦Large Volume Data: Oversee the handling and processing of large volumes of data in terabytes, implementing best practices for scalability and performance optimization.

✦AWS Mastery: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of AWS tools and services related to data warehousing, including Redshift, Glue, S3 Glacier, and more.

✦Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects with fixed-price agreements, ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery.

✦Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Technical Skills:

✦Minimum of 8 years of hands-on ETL experience.

✦Proficiency in RDBMS systems, specifically Oracle and PostgreSQL.

✦Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi and Archrivals on S3 Glacier.

✦Excellent knowledge of AWS tools and services for data warehousing.
