Technology Engineer - Data Warehousing

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technology Engineer with a strong background in data warehousing to join dynamic team. As a Technology Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining data warehousing solutions. Responsibilities:

✦ETL Development: Develop, test, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient and accurate data transfer from source systems to the data warehouse.

✦Data Warehousing: Design and optimize data warehousing structures and schemas to support reporting and analytics needs efficiently.

✦Database Management: Utilize your knowledge of RDBMS, including Oracle and PostgreSQL, to manage and maintain database systems, ensuring data integrity and performance.

✦AWS Expertise: Demonstrate excellent knowledge of AWS tools and services related to data warehousing, such as Redshift, Glue, S3 Glacier, and others.

✦Dell Boomi: Leverage hands-on experience with Dell Boomi for integration tasks and workflows.

✦Large Volume Data: Handle and process large volumes of data in the terabytes, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.

✦Project Delivery: Work on projects with fixed-price agreements, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality solutions within budget constraints.

✦Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver data solutions that meet business objectives.

Soft Skills:

✦Strong understanding of the English language for effective communication.

✦Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and solve complex problems.

✦Honest and committed to delivering quality work within deadlines.

Technical Skills:

✦Minimum of 3 years of hands-on ETL experience.

✦Proficiency in RDBMS systems, including Oracle and PostgreSQL.

✦Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi for integration.

✦Experience with Archrivals on S3 Glacier is a plus.

✦Excellent knowledge of AWS tools and services for data warehousing.

✦Strong coding skills for ETL processes.

Education:A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) is preferred. Relevant certifications in data warehousing and AWS can be a significant advantage.
