Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Architect with a strong background in application development and hands-on expertise in a variety of open-source technologies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the software development industry, including extensive experience with Angular, React, Java, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

✦Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale, complex applications. Ensure the design is scalable, robust, and aligns with the business objectives.

✦Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology strategy and ensure high-quality software delivery.

✦Open-Source Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of open-source technologies to design, develop, and optimize applications. Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the open-source ecosystem.

✦Application Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from requirement analysis to deployment. Ensure that the applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.

✦Code Reviews: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization

✦Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

✦Innovation: Lead initiatives to innovate and implement new technologies that can enhance the company’s product offerings and improve operational efficiency.

✦Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 12+ years of experience in all the following technologies   with hands-on expertise in:

  - Angular

  - React

  - Java

  - Node.js

- Strong experience with open-source technologies and frameworks.

- Proven track record of leading the design and development of complex software solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 12 years to 15 years
