Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Consultant to implement and enhance HR service delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work closely with HR and IT teams to streamline HR processes, improve employee experience, and automate workflows using ServiceNow HRSD modules.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement HR solutions on ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Configure and customize HRSD modules such as:

    • HR Case Management

    • Employee Service Center

    • HR Knowledge Base

    • Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers)

  • Automate HR workflows and service requests.

  • Develop and maintain:

    • Business Rules

    • Client Scripts

    • UI Policies

    • Flow Designer workflows

  • Integrate ServiceNow with HR systems like payroll, ERP, and ATS tools.

  • Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR Tech, or related field.

  • 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide APIs).

  • Experience in system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards in HR systems.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD

  • Experience with Service Portal / Employee Center

  • Familiarity with ITIL (nice to have)
