Java Developer | Mega Drive Nov 2025

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to contribute to our core technology team, based in our Kolhapur location. If you possess robust application development expertise and a passion for engineering reliable, scalable, and high-performance applications that impact millions of users globally

Location: Kolhapur (On-site/Hybrid)

Experience: Relevant 3 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications

·       Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

·       Work with Spring / Spring Boot for backend development

·       Develop and consume RESTful APIs

·       Manage database operations and query optimization

·       Debug, troubleshoot, and fix application defects

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product)

·       Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices

·       Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

Mandatory Skills

·       Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, OOPs, and Collections

·       Deep expertise in Spring Framework / Spring Boot

·       Experience in developing REST APIs

·       Strong knowledge of SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL

·       Familiarity with Hibernate / JPA

·       Knowledge of Maven/Gradle

·       Experience with Git / Version Control

·       Good understanding of Microservices architecture

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

·       Experience with Cloud Services (AWS / GCP / Azure)

·       Exposure to Kafka / RabbitMQ

·       Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

·       Experience with Docker

·       Understanding of frontend basics (JavaScript/Angular/React)

Eligibility Criteria:

·       Candidate should have Provident Fund (PF) of all the previous employment. If the candidate doesn’t have any then he/she should provide Form 16 of all the previous companies.
