HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with a focus on IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals in the technology domain. Freshers with a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

✦ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, and screening candidates.

✦Focus on IT recruitment, identifying candidates for roles in technology, communication, and documentation.

✦Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

✦Assist in creating and maintaining candidate databases and HR records.

✦Collaborate with hiring teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

✦ Conduct reference checks and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

✦Contribute to employer branding initiatives by enhancing the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

✦Education: Any graduate. MBA in HR preferred.

✦ Knowledge or experience in IT recruitment is a plus.

✦Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
