We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Accounting and Administration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both general accounting tasks and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Accounting: 

  Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.

   Perform journal entries, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.

   Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure their accuracy.

   Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

   Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

2. Administration:

    Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.

    Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.

    Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office-related purchases and services.

    Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

    Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, redirecting them as necessary.


Any graduate

Proven experience in general accounting, with knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
